Rani Praizner, LPC, ATR

(she/her)
Founder of Anchored Art Therapy

Rani Praizner is a licensed professional counselor and art therapist based in Oklahoma City, with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. She is licensed to practice in both Oklahoma and Illinois, and is trained in specialized, evidence-based approaches including Art Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

At the heart of Rani’s work is a belief that healing happens when people feel safe enough to express what’s within — even when words fall short. Her approach is creative, affirming, and deeply trauma-informed, meeting each person exactly where they are.

Before founding Anchored Art Therapy in 2023, Rani worked across a range of settings — from schools and memory care to residential treatment and crisis response. She has supported individuals of all ages, from young children to older adults, always with the same steady presence and compassionate care.
